3. User Responsibilities

When using our services, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information
  • Ensure packages comply with applicable laws and regulations
  • Not ship prohibited or restricted items
  • Properly package items to prevent damage during transport
  • Pay all fees and charges in a timely manner

4. Prohibited Items

You may not ship the following items:

  • Illegal substances or contraband
  • Hazardous materials without proper documentation
  • Perishable goods without appropriate packaging
  • Weapons and ammunition (unless properly licensed)
  • Items that violate intellectual property rights

5. Pricing and Payment

Pricing for our services is based on factors including distance, weight, dimensions, and service type. Payment terms are as follows:

  • Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed
  • We accept various payment methods as indicated during booking
  • Prices are subject to change with notice
  • Additional charges may apply for special handling or services

6. Delivery Terms

We make every effort to deliver on time, but delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed unless specifically stated. Delays may occur due to:

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Neighborhood Express shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
